My Story
Hi, I'm Tianna — a qualified nutrition and lifestyle coach specialising in low-glycemic load weight management. My journey into wellness wasn't linear. Like so many of my clients, I spent years caught in the cycle of restrictive diets, guilt, and frustration.
Everything changed when I discovered the science of glycemic load — understanding how food truly affects our hormones, energy, and weight. I trained as a nutrition and lifestyle coach to share what I'd learned: that sustainable transformation isn't about deprivation. It's about nourishment, balance, and building habits that honour your body.
